Custom orders

Every banner is produced to the size, material, finishing and artwork approved for that order. You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, dimensions, colors and other content before approval.

Production timing begins after payment, usable artwork and any required proof approval are complete.

Artwork rights

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.

Color and finishing

Screens and printed materials reproduce color differently. Reasonable variation can occur between a digital proof and the finished print, and between separate production runs.

Small dimensional and finishing tolerances are normal in large-format production.

Liability

Our responsibility for an accepted claim is limited to reprinting the affected product or refunding the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed-event costs or damage caused by unsafe installation or severe weather.
