Information we collect

We collect information needed to quote, produce, deliver and support your order. This can include your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping details, order selections, correspondence and uploaded artwork.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

We use customer information to process payments, review artwork, arrange production and delivery, prevent fraud, answer support requests and maintain business records.

Uploaded artwork is used only to prepare, produce and support the related order unless you give separate permission.

Service providers and retention

We share only the information needed with payment, hosting, analytics, production and delivery providers that support the order. We retain records for operational, tax, dispute and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information by emailing orders@customprintedbanners.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
